Dear Zella, The Boy Stinks!

Dear Zella, 

Mom and Dad are calling him Zedd.  What kind of a name is Zedd, right? I don't like him.  He keeps on following me around, he plays with my favorite toys, he sleeps in my spots too!  I've been guarding your spot on the couch.  Your blanket is still there and I promise he won't be laying on it. 

He eats my food too.  Mom puts down his own bowl, but he prefers to eat out of mine!  I don't like eating his food because it smells weird. I try to tell mom  and dad but they won't do anything.   Today Zedd climbed into my house.  I was glad dad kicked him out! Okay, dad didn't kick him but he finally left my house after some talking to.

I don't know what to do. I wish you were here.

His poop stinks so badly, probably why he tries to bury it so much that he rips the liner of the litter box. 

Dear Zella, Boys are so weird

Dear Zella,

So mom and dad took the boy away, then came back and he had a bloody nose! I wonder if he was a bad boy and fought with other cats? We never fought, did we? Well I wanted to play hide and go pounce on the deaf kitty (that’s you) but you never liked that game. I deserved the times you smacked me, that’s ok. :)

He’s so weird.  When mom gave him his food, he was like, “Oh food! Yay! Nom nom.. ouch.. ugh.. Oh kibble! Nom nom.. ouch.. demmit! Oh wet food! Nom nom ..ouch... cough..” And he kept doing it over and over!  I think it hurt for him to swallow but he was so hungry and couldn’t make up his mind which foods to eat. 

I get to see him more. I want to go in his room but mom and dad keep shooing me away.  I’m just going to watch for now.

Dear Zella,

There’s a BOY IN THE OTHER BEDROOM!!!

First, I was like, what is that smell? I thought it was you but it was different.  I was able to see him for a little bit.  Mom and Dad kept the door open but he just stared at me!  I didn’t like it one bit. *hiss*

I think he stinks.  He looks like he has a cold too.  I’ll make sure he doesn’t take your sleeping spot.  I’ll guard it until you come back.

Dear Zella, I did zoomies this morning!

Dear Zella,

This morning I used the litter box and did a zoomie afterwards! I wish you could have seen it! I tried to run as fast and crazy like you do.  But I still can’t figure out how you do yours. You know, like, fast running in place and slamming into the trash can?  Maybe I’ll keep practicing.  It made mom and dad laugh.  I like it when they laugh. They haven’t given me greenies yet, so maybe my zoomies were not perfect like yours.  Anyhoo, I will ask mom. She can be easily convinced hehehe.

I miss you Zella.  When you come back, we can do the zoomies together, I’ll be great at it like you are.
